How many pieces of gum is Francona going put in his mouth.  Just pull Dice K out of the game.  I think he was putting all the gum in his mouth because he knew he had to walk to the mound and it kept him from saying, "how did you get that K at the end of DICE,"

YAH MAN! thats usually the greatest way to get them to play well!
I think its awesome to do this especially when just starting a long term contract, def best way to get the most out of that player.

I'm not sure that the fans are to blame for Dicey K's performance, but they sure aren't helping.  Dicey would have a better chance with Tim Donaghey on his team, maybe.
