I do not see how you can live in that state though where they give you a tickets for five miles over the speed limit. I went there one time with my friend and we were going down a steep grade and he got pulled over. My friend said he was sorry he was going downhill and did not realize he was speeding. Maybe it was the California plates he did not like but I never will forget what he said.
"Son here in Oregon it is the same speed limit downhill as it is uphill." 
Then about two years ago my brother moved to Oregon and I told him whatever you do drive the speed limit they will nail you quick there for being a few miles over the limit. The first week he was there he got two speeding tickets
