Phillies ML (-109): The Phillies are playing good ball lately and it's a bit to late to save there season, but that doesn't mean us bettors can't make some money on them down the stretch. Today's game will feature Roy Halladay against the Reds Mike Leake. Both teams struggle against right handed pitching with the Phillies being ranked #20 and the Reds being ranked #23. Just too good of a line not back Halladay against a struggling Mike Leake and a Reds team that has been playing average baseball lately.
Mets F5 ML (+120): I like my chances of Dickey keeping the Cardinals at bay in the early stages of this game. Wainwright has been pretty solid as well, but I have more faith in the knuckleballer. The Mets aren't too far behind the Cardinals in terms off offensive splits against right handed pitching being #9, while the Cardinals rank #5. I think the magic number in the first 5 innings will be 2... if the Mutts can muster 2 runs, I think it will be a push at worst. Ill take the better pitcher for + money, with an offense that has actually put some runs on the board lately.
Yankees ML (+106): Win or Lose, ill take a stab with Kuroda and the Yanks for + money. I know they are struggling and I have actually enjoyed it. I think the O's winning this division would be absolutely amazing. But at the same time I don't see the Yankees rolling over and dying. Ill take my chances they don't get swept in this game, but at the same time I won't be dumbfounded or shocked if they do.

everyone is backing halladay, so no one consider votto returns from DL? i take it as similar situation when longoria back for rays, it sparks something that it led to some winning streak, and gave rays good momentum to stay with O's to take down yankees.
maybe votto returns here wont spark anything since reds have already in a comfortable situation, but they need to return playing good baseball with playoff baseball just around the town.
