AJ you are extremely adept at picking winners and use umps a great deal with your totals in particular, so offhand can you tell me who are the 3 best Over umps in your opinion (and I suppose Campos may be one of them)?

I guess there's a little "fuckery" going on.

He just did a game on Thursday. You remember, don't you? The 4-2 Padilla/Braden game where we ALL were on the over.

Campos, Reynolds, and either Crawford or Vanover. Thats who I like but others will like different guys.

AJ's 3 will be made up of the following...Campos, Crawford, Fairchild, Holbrook, Hudson, Marquez, Marsh, McClelland, Reynolds, and Vanover. At least...those are my top 10. If I had to guess the top 3 for AJ...Campos, McClelland, and Crawford. OK AJ...how close am I?

AJ what do you think about Toronto and over and what about St.Louis with Loshe and Pujols back in the line up?

Penny with the 8.66 ERA on the season, missing the strike zone like it's his job and big game james with a career 2-5, 5.59 ERA against the Sox including 2-2 with a 5.85 last year...

I dont like Lohse on the road. Toronto looks pretty good. No clue about that total right now.

Shields is a different pitcher at home...about 1.5 runs better in his career. Those Boston numbers are misleading. Since he became a real good pitcher in 2007 his home games vs Boston look like this

9ip - 0er
6.1ip - 2er
7.1ip - 2er
5.2ip - 3er
5ip - 3er

Penny can be a wildcard, but he's more than capable of having a quality start. There's a big under ump behind the plate that could help him out.

No play on Cle/Det for me today.  Waiting to see what Cliff Lee will do.  He has only given up 3 ER in his last 3 starts with only 1 win to show for it.  It might be a good play to take CLE 1st 5 innings...

Thats my boy right there. He went yesterday and my stupid ass took the Rockies TT under instead of the game under. I was just starting to rethink my "Matt Cain is overrated" thoughts too. Not anymore.

This is incorrect. Moser is the plate ump for the SF/Col game. He did one game last year. The game had 15 total runs and Moser's strike % was 59.2%.
