438-- Why did you serve 5 years and where did you serve your time? The pen is no joke depending on where you serve your time, I actually beat a 5 year charge after 2 years of court.

We are all kippinesses as they say in cleveland. Some dude i met in the book earlier this year from Chicago was telling me about Kipniss and how he is so good. Dude knew what he was talking about.

Thats crazy man, in California intent to sell isnt that big of a deal anymore because of all the violent crimes that are going on out here and jails are so full. Honestly I was involved in some serious grimey shit and I am really paying for it now in every way. I dont know how you dealt with 5 years, thats some serious sit down. Im stressin over 6 months just for the simple fact of everything that comes with it, not really the jail time. I lost A LOT of money, hope, and people in my life. I really had a great lawyer who bargained for a plea deal of a 2 year top where the most I could get is 2 years in the pen. Since I did so much for the schools in my community and all the people in higher places that respected me I had a lot of letters presented to the sentencing judge. He spoke for a while about how he has never seen someone respected so much in the community, respected by people among the county in high places, have multiple jobs/degrees..... do something of that nature. Man of many faces I guess, lol. Even though the crime i commited was crazy and most people wouldnt dare to do it, there was a reason behind it all in my fucked up head.

Im going large on Tampa Bay Rays and Cleveland. I may add LAD and Oakland/Arizona over as well. The line movement on Tampa really has me thinking they will take this one.
