It really doesn't get much easier than this my fellow degenerate cappers. While the Yankees haven't had a quality Start from anybody for seven straight games now, the Boston Red Sox have been blasting their way to the highest Runs Scored total in the Majors.
A very lethal and dangerous weapon takes the mound tonight as Chris Sale is coming off his second straight quality start after whiffing 22 batters. For the Yankees, the horror story just gets worse and worse.
When the Yankees finally limp out of Beantown sometime very early next morning, their 11 game lead over Boston will have dwindled to 7. And has anybody noticed the Yankees have played 6 more home games than road tilts? It just keeps getting worse and worse for these Yankees. Like standing on the train tracks with a big train barreling down and a lump in your throat while you're trying to untie your stuck shoe to run away somewhere. Anywhere.
