I know more about baseball than you ever will in your life, both in a nuanced, statistical form and also from experience stemming from actually playing the game. When I make a statement, do not question it. Lincecum is not a top 3 pitcher in the MLB.

Make up all of the lies you want. The fact of the matter is, right now, Lincecum is not a top 3 pitcher in baseball. The stats show it, this is not an opinion.

Except that we're not talking about a guy like marlon byrd, but rather guys like Roy Halladay and Ubaldo Jimenez. We're not talking about last year. Also, Rutgers baseball is garbage.

I know who the guy is. Seton Hall crushes them on a yearly basis. The sabermetrical stats back up what I say, otherwise I wouldn't say it.

Gentlemen, I've played baseball and still do at 42. I do not believe the game is fixed at all. But its become very obvious to me that some players take advantage of the "guaranteed" contract (i.e. our good friend from the Marlins) and there's a HUGE talent drop-off from starting pitching to bullpen.
Its baseball, shit happens. These coaches to do figure out quicker what pitchers have their stuff on a given day and who doesnt and react accordingly.
Burned yesterday on Reds, Blue Jays and SF.
Thats my take. Lets try to help eachother out here. At the end of the day, its about beating the man.
Lastly, interleague is brutal. Tread carefully and GL.
