Well all I care about are tomorrow's games cuz I know I'll be playing them obviously. 

The cubs at dodgers is going to have an interesting matchup with 2 Japanese rookies, imanaga of the cubs and Yamamoto,  who's coming off the disabled list.  Now I really like the cubs and this could be the football score I been chasing 14-12 lol.

 but, was gonna say if ur low on funds, look no further than 6 pick parlays in baseball. Very hard to win and kinda like donating to the books.

But here's a bit of advice, try to avoid mentioning dollar amounts of possible.  The only people that have to know what I bet are the ticket writers at the sportsbook.   

In gambling, nobody wants to see somebody else win.  That's a fact of life.  I think for myself and I truly don't care how much, I mean if I win then I'd of course feel better if someone else won too.  But the amounts are all relative.  But that's just me and my philosophy,  mentioning amounts only encourages a pissing contest or jealousy and there's no way that can benefit you

Well thanks for clarification and you're spot on regarding long shot parlays but I actually play them as round robins, 8x6, 7x5, 6x4, etc

I remember a time about 15 years ago whenever I began online betting and thought I could get rich doing so. Did really good for a while, but eventually greed and chasing losses got the better of me. Over the years I cashed out large chunks of cash, but if I count every deposit made then am down overall  

Stopped betting for a couple years and stated up again about 6 months ago with very strict money management and still have my original bankroll times about 20. By no means getting rich, but is entertaining, scratches an itch and haven't had a drink since February, am winning some cash, and so far so good. If only I had this much discipline way back when or even 7 or 8 yrs ago when I was having the run of my life. I know I won't get rich now though and accepted it a long time ago.

Imagine this, you go to a casino and you blow your stash, and you're tired, frustrated and tapped out as you're taking the walk of shame to the parking lot.  Then suddenly,  you see somebody has hit a massive jackpot, and you might stop and look and maybe even tell them hey congrats and all.... but are you really happy for them, I mean really?  See where I'm going?

Not really unless I know them. I'd probably be a little jealous. And as evidenced on these forums on a daily basis, misery loves company more than anything.

 Well to put things into perspective I’m only 34 and live in America so not rich lol I’ve just cracked the seal ! But sadly when I was going to college I dropped out cuz I told my parents I can’t become a doctor or dentist like my cousins and I don’t want to go 500 grand into debt trying other shit ! lol so I’m just grinding life away at the moment but I truly believe in USA life’s odds are stacked against us and the only way to retire might be to just hit that massive 8 leg parlay hahaha or for me ima go to Vegas one day and drip or drown ! lol jk but enter a poker tournament and maybe cash big or hit that massive whale parlay ! lol keep on keeping on ! I don’t want to jinx my futures but I think I’m doing fine but lol some trolls on here want me to stop betting cuz I suck , but if that’s true I should be your unicorn diamond mine that you tell your friends about that you just auto fade like. a atm  ima take a break from posting but just know I’m a keep on keeping on ! 

Sorry my mind is always exploring so sometimes I can't just fall asleep when I want to.  I made a reference earlier about serial killers, then I decided to just write a short essay in the general discussion lol.

Having said that, I really feel like I had my best years before the smartphones and internet. 

What I would do I'd clip the team logs from the sports section newspaper,  and it was small enough to where I could fit all 32 team logs on one cardboard sheet of paper.  And that way I could see the score of every game and the remaining schedules,  having that I would be able to hit a lot more side and total combos which are my favorite and also be able to plan ahead... ahh the good Ole days

Oh and what about this nfl trend.  Seems like when teams are playing on Sunday and have an upcoming game on Thursday,  they fail to cover a good percentage.   Buffalo -6.5 didn't cover vs Arizona won by 6, and Miami -3.5 also no cover by hook.  I'm pretty sure this is profitable fade, but then is only 2 games and I need more.
