- The tigers are coming off a horrible loss in their home opener.They were out hit by the royals and also made 4 errors. Its hard to win a ball game when you make 4 errors let alone allow your pitching staff to give up 10 runs on 15 hits. Bannister will give the tigers trouble early but so will willis to the royals. If the tigers can play good defense then i see them winning this one ..Tigers (6-4)

- I really like the yanks here for their home opener. They had a great series against the rays and will be well rested for their day against santana. Should be a packed house in yankee stadium so look for this to be a looong night for the angels  Yanks (8-3)
