Battle of 2 young pitchers tonight as Mejia for the mets squares off against Alvarez for the marlins.  Mejia allowed 7 hits 0 runs in 7 innings while striking out 7 and making the nationals look silly with a wide of assortment of nasty breaking pitches and a live fastball. Alvarez has gone under 3 games in a row throwing 19.2 innings allowing 16 hits 2 runs 9 strikeouts 4 walks with 0 hrs allowed. Last 2 games he pitched in finals were 2-0 and 0-1.  Under is 8-2 in the marlins last 10 as they continue to struggle on offense and it wont get any easier tonight facing mejia and his nasty stuff. Every time I make play close to game time I get screwed on lines.  Night before or morning generally line up with what you have.  I have -7 +100.  Would you still play it at 40 units?

POD # 2  4O UNITS -  ARZ/TBAY UNDER 7.5 -120

we have Montero sitting out tonight for the struggling dbacks and Scott and Loney for tbay with Miley starting.  Under is 2-0-1 in Mileys last 3 starts as he finally starts pitching like he did last season. In his last 5 starts miley has thrown 33.1 innings allowing 28 hits 7 runs 24 strikeouts 10 walks allowing 3 hrs. Hellickson under is 5-2 in the last 7 games throwing 43 innings allowing 35 hits 10 runs striking out 37 strikeouts 12 walks and 3 hrs allowed. He allowed 2 runs or less in 6 of 7 starts. With both these guys in good form and tbay continuing to be lights out pitching i see a 4-2 tbay win.
