Yesterday 3-5 for -3.1 units - that would have stung if Texas lost last night and my man Ubaldo may be back to his old form.
Record for August - 7-9 -10.9 units - doing well in WBA's thread maybe I should use the one play a day formula. Nope, not going to happen.
Had the Sox today because it was way too good of value to pass up, but I didn't post in my own thread because I had some concerns about Garcia. I did find out today after being on here for 4 years that Covers has an automatic change feature on foul language in the topic heading. Nice to know I guess since I haven't heard the word "Behind" since my grandparents were alive.
Anyway on to today....
Los Angeles - 6.2 units to win 4 - this one stood out right away like I am sure it did for others. Billingley NO earned runs in last three starts with an incredible .70 WHIP. He also has not given up an earned run to San Diego this year. Dodgers 27-14 within their own division.
San Fran - 2.2 units to win 2 - I like Linceum in this matchup
Philly 1.2 units to win 1 - Oswalt is been pitching like crap, but I am willing to put a unit on him
Tough to stay off Dice K and Red Sox today as he is quietly having a decent year, but Tomlin pitched VERY well in both starts for Cleveland and Red Sox are 0-3 in game 4's after a loss and Indians are 3-0 in game 4's after a win. Not to mention Red Sox MAY be looking ahead to the Yankees series. Wow, sounds like I am talking myself into taking the Indians. I also don't like some of the favorites (and the dogs don't look much better) in the other games as others do.
As always, good luck to everyone.

I like the Phillies play. Oswalt will pitch lights out tonight as he tries to justify the Phillies trade for him. (Poor first start and ended the Phillies 8 game win streak last time out for old Roy)

Yep, you would certainly think so. I am just not no sure, hence the 1 unit play only. GL
