monster season,dude...big kudos!!


do you use different criteria or formula for playoffs as opposed to regular??its obviously a different animal and strange things can happen as regular season results can often be thrown out the window....wats your take on it??

Most of my "system" or whatever you want to call it is designed to cap a game no matter what type of game it might be. That said, last year I quit while I was ahead. Started the playoffs 1-3 and shut it down. Not so much because of the slow start but because I wanted to focus on capping hockey. We'll see how this year goes.

Yanks have looked like dog doo doo as of late. Is that how you want to enter the playoffs? Houston, on the other hand, has looked pretty good going in. I'll take the hot team vs the cold one. BOL on your wager

I take all these things into consideration. That said, hot team over cold team doesn't always work out. This one's clearly a toss up. I believe I have the edge but that's why it's called gambling.

Alright...all signs point to the over but my gut says under. Gotta trust the gut sometimes. So, buying a run as I think this ends up 4-3 or 5-2 for the Yanks. And if it's 3-3 late, I can just cheer for a walk-off. Adding...

1-1, +0.00 yesterday.

There's a lot to support a play on the Pirates as a home dog but I just can't past Arrieta's most recent number. They're mind-boggling...9-0, 0.27 ERA, 0.55 WHIP, 73 K, 7 BB in 67 IP in his last 9 starts. I also feel extremely comfortable in assuming that, in a close game, Rodney will NOT find himself on the mound. And for those reasons alone, I will be playing...
