White Sox over Beantown?

im seeing a lot of ppl on the red sox tonight, im looking to see what their angle is cuz I see white sox at nice value here.  Beckett hasnt been a force lately and danks has been no slouch, sox at home, fighting for the pennant, looks like the solid bet to me?

I can't find the stat, but the red sox are something like 15-6 on the year against left handed pitchers.  If you look at the last few times Danks has pitched against the red sox, the sox creamed his stinky cheddar.  And lets not forget that the sox are in a tight pennant race and they've been there before more often than the white sox so they are less likely to fold.  Just my angle, hope this helps.

Red Sox are 17-9 against lefties.Okay.But they allowed just 3.5 runs per game when they faced lefties. They hit for a.278 avg, and.284 against lefties. They are not that hot against lefties.
 And Danks have an ERA of 8.68 and a WHIP of 1.82 against Boston, in a large number of start against them, 2.

yeah a lot of ppl are pointing at danks record against boston, which was 2 bad games last year.. so im pullin the trigger.. too good a price. this game should be even money

Danks will lose cause the Red Sox know they need this win and they own Danks...he won't last a full five tonight...Boston 9-3

Biggest reason people are on the Red Sox is they don't think they'll lose three in a row.

It's so tempting to take that +135 with the White Sox tonight, but I was similarly tempted to fade an overpriced Beckett last week in Kansas City when Boston was also coming off a one-run loss.  I unloaded on the Royals and got my pockets emptied.

i dont like bettnig against aces. specially beckett when the redsox kinda need a win.

Red Sox for 2 Units here.  I liked Beckett's last start vs KC and Banks just can't seem to beat Boston.  Coco has a big night in the leadoff spot.
