Exactly my thoughts, but in every sports people are overreacting after one game, win or loss.Suddenly Dodgers bullpen are exposed after Jansen blew 1 game after i don&#x27;t know , last 300 games.People forget that Dodgers were 90-0 or something after having the lead in 8th inning, and let&#x27;s not be fooled about Astros bullpen , barely squeeze the victory after having 2 times,  2 run lead in extra innings. That pitch by Devenski in 10th, when he luckily hit umpire at 2nd base probably seal the deal for Dodgers win and we will be talking again about Astros horrendous bullpen , not Dodgers.

I will probably also be on Astros, but a small play, maybe 1inning no score. Was sharing my thoughts about bullpen and how suddenly is everything different, but the only thing different is that Astros bats are finally awake.Bullpen are the same, Dodgers have one, Astros don&#x27;t.

The hit off the umpire was bull but the ball clipping the brim of the Dodgers outfielder wasn&#x27;t? Two sides to the coin buddy. AGAIN, and I&#x27;ve said this multiple times, if that ball goes to the wall, two more runs score and the game is prolly history because then Hill comes out sooner.

&#xA;Totally agree, it&#x27;s actually funny to see how people overreact to something that statistically won&#x27;t happen again. I&#x27;m not going to pretend that the Astros win wasn&#x27;t a big one but in reality both games 1 and 2 could&#x27;ve gone either way. Game 2 was sloppy in my opinion, there were 6 home runs in extra innings and that wasn&#x27;t one sided. Dodgers bullpen won&#x27;t play like that again and the Astros bullpen will. Astros may have and edge at home but they will not end the series there if they end it at all. Darvish and McCullers have similar numbers in thier playoff starts and with the Astros bullpen, the Dodgers could easily take back the lead tonight.

Yes, that&#x27;s true, both teams have misfortune or luck . But that hit weird one for Dodgers was in 3rd , umpire hit was in 10th. Game over, Dodgers up 2-0.Nevertheless Houston deserve to win, Dodgers have 2 hits and around 5 LOB in 7th, Astros around 10 hits and 18 LOB , and the score was 3-1 Dodgers.Finally find that stat:"Entering the game, the Dodgers were 98-0 on the season when leading after the eighth inning. I am not comparing the Astros bullpen to the Dodgers. I know it is not as GOOD. I am saying I will take the Astros OFFENSE at home over the Dodgers BULLPEN.

What&#x27;s funny though is that people think because the Dodgers got touched up in ONE game, now they are on the ropes. Come on now. Really? So if i made 9 free throws in a row and then missed my 10th, I&#x27;m all the sudden struggling? 28 out of 29 innings of no run ball is insane. If you are the Dodgers better to get that out of the way early in the series than in game 6 or 7. Everyone needs to relax. This series will come down to manufacturing runs and matchups with the DH in play. The teams are that even.

Let&#x27;s not overdue it buddy, the only bullpen pitcher used was a starter, although he did do an incredible job. What gets forgotten when discussions center on the bullpens is that the superior bullpen seldom wins when the team is down 3 or 4 runs before they take over. Many, if not MOST, of the guys on Covers discuss bullpens as if the starters are irrelevant and every game will go to the bullpens tied up. Bullpens can shut you down, yes, but none of them are known for how much offense and how many runs they will contribute when their team is down. Nice call, nice win.
