I liked the Phillies at beginning of the year and that hasn’t changed. I hope the Royals catch fire and they can beat the Yanks, but Detroit might be the buzzsaw on the AL side. They spread these games out so Skubal could pitch 3 games. Plus that gives the Tigers pen plenty of time to rest. Padres don’t have the experience and we need to see how bad Musgeaves injury will be. If he is out, their chances will dwindle.
