Yankees vs O's, 5/2/24

After further review, I decided to play this game. I don't love it, but I like it enough to make it an official wager. The O's get Bradish back today which is big for team morale. He's been sharp on his rehab assignment, but will be on a pitch count. However, the pen is well rested after getting shut out yesterday, so they should be good for at least 5-6 innings. And I like the O's pen (minus Kimbrel). My biggest concern is that he'll pitch today. The O's are the 6th best team in baseball vs left handed pitching. And Carlos Rodon does not like pitching during the day. Last season in 3 day time starts, across 24.2 innings - he was 0-3 with a 6.93 ERA. At home after being shutout, I think we see a focused team.

I'm on the 0's at +100 for 4 units.

*Correction - Rodon pitched 5 day games last year. He was 0-3 (with 2 no decisions). But the day time 6.93 ERA stands!

Thanks Felix! And by the way, nothing against the NBA or people that bet it. I only called it stupid because it literally takes 1/4 of the year to get through the playoffs. I like your Mavs team a lot. Hope they finish off the Clips tomorrow
