No reason to think that's going to change.

Sure they might beat the CUBS on opening day at +165 on Friday.

Point is you'll lose 4 games for every one you win trying to get rich on the PIT at +money on the ROAD.

No need to start bad habits starting off the season.

Truth - No VALUE ever with PIT on the road.

if spring training is any indication, pitt may surprise.  I will be betting pitt on the road in any mcdonald start. he has legit stuff.

Tied for second fewest wins among all teams in spring training. The only surprise to some may be the fact that this team may actually be worse than last years. The current organization is an embarrassment to the sport at a professional level. They have nothing.

Can't really argue with staying away from Pittsburgh on the road......that said, I don't have much interest in laying -170 with the Cubbies. This is a game that I'm staying away from.

True, 21% at +165 does not make any money, but neither does 43% at -175. Better games to play than this one.

Too add they lost -32.5 units in 2010 as well.  Matter of fact they have lost 97.8 units in the last five years on the road.

Yet with the 49% of home wins last year, they did net 10 units of profit.

Pitt will be much better on the road this season and still suck. I think the Pirates win today.

If we're going by last years stats, Dempster didn't pitch well at home last year, and Pittsburgh played well at Chicago.
