Backstabbing For Beginners is a 2018 flick about the corruption within the United Nations and a young diplomat's exposure to it.

There's an actress in here who I thought was pretty & then realized how gorgeous she was when younger but I didn't recognize her until I saw her name in the credits.

I recommend it even though it may leave a rotten taste in your mouth.

ARKANSAS...watched it the other night. Drug dealing story in Arkansas with great characters & excellent ending.

ZODIAC....it's a story of the attempt to identify/capture the California Zodiac killer.

Recommend both.

I recommend 21 Bridges, In the Tall Gras, Little Woman, Escape Plan, and The Platform.

"Slapshot" with Paul Newman--this is the introduction of the "Goon Brothers" an actually real group of three brothers who looked like dorks, and were dorks, but were "goons" on the ice---the best version is the one where Paul Newman tells the lady owner her son will end up with a cock in his mouth you may not be able to find that---also the awesome Strother Martin-; Requiem for a Heavyweight with Jackie Gleason, Mickey Rooney and Anthony Quinn, tour de force performances also "Fat City" incredible movie about some boxers in Stockton California.. my sports movie favs 

When it comes to interesting movies, you should definitely watch The Call. It is a Korean movie wherein the lead discovers that the past and present are connected. She gets to talk to the person who is living in the past. She then discovered something to change the past and present. As a picky movie watcher, it is definitely a good movie. On the other hand, if you want lighter movies, I suggest Enola Holmes. I like the movie and it is definitely a good one but the ending lacks. It seems like they do not know to end the story and just ended it like that.

Watched 2 short films on Amazon & both were disturbing..

Family members & his brothers in arms described him based on their experiences together.

John Carpenter's Assault on Precinct 13 along with the 2005 remake. Both are fantastic. 

Watched 'Parasite' recently, and although I haven't actually seen any of the films it beat out for best picture I think it's probably deserved. I've loved all of Bong Joon-Ho's prior films for their uniqueness and absurdism and this was no exception. The best I've heard it described is as a more perfect version of Snowpiercer. Highly recommended.
