I thought of this yesterday after watching RIghtous Kill and WALLE
recently. One got tons of hype and great reviews..I watched it and
thought it sucked. The other got bad reviews and I actually really
liked it.
When you hear people rave about a comedy and how its hilarious and you go in expecting it to be non stop laughs from start to finish and leave dissapointed
I wonder how much expectations have to do with your enjoyment of a movie.
The Dark Knight for me was one that lived up to expectations but a lot of times if I go in expecting less I usually enjoy the movie or if it does stink I kind of think"hey that wasnt that bad" (except for The Happening" that was epically and comically awful)
