I'm sure someone started a topic like this but I don't feel like going back and looking for it so let's start another one:

These are movies that made me laugh from beginning to end:

Monty Python Quest for the Holy Grail, Monty Python The Life of Brian, Midnight Run, Dumb and Dumber, Brain Donors (little known but very funny-John Turturro), Clerks, Super Bad, Fletch, Fletch Lives

One of my all-time favorite movies. The scene when Deniro gets into the car with all those feds might be my favorite scene of all time. Not too many people talk about this movie which sucks because it is hysterical.

I would agree with everything here.... The Farrelly Brothers movies are usually pretty entertaining(I didn't like that stuck on you movie though)

Some newer comedies that I can watch repeatedly that were not mentioned so far in this thread are

blazing saddles and history of the world are great choices. 

fletch and raising arizona were two of my favorites.

not many people mention it but Wise Guys with Danny Devito and Joe Piscopo is one of my favorites of all time

ALL the Mel Brooks movies are excellent

MOST of the Python movies also

my three fav "sports/gambling related" comedies have to be "Slap Shot", "Let It Ride" and "California Split"

the classic "screwball comedies" "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" and "What's Up, Doc?" as timeless. two of the best EVER.
