Killer-B, Good topic. There is only one answer for all time best and it's Disney. They have all the awards and I think well earned. Disney is a universal music. People all around the world know the Disney songs.They are some of the best songs of all time. You like them too, admit it.

Your looking at something different. Best soundtracks for one specific movie??? I'm gonna throw out a soundtrack that will get a lot of support from the old geezers. "The Good, Bad, and The Ugly" I can't spell his name but" Enno Marcione" is sorta close. I like European movies and I have seen him doing other good work. I think he is dead now. Seems I saw a Obit on him.

Give me some GBandUgly for best soundtrack.

Killer-B Got to mention one more movie track. The movie was not that exciting for me but the music for "BraveHeart" is pretty damn good.

James Horner was the guy on the music side. Here's the deal, if you like women and find the need for some nice music for anything this might be a good one.

anything by John Williams or the late Jerry Goldsmith is EXCELLENT. &#xD;&#xA;I also nominate both A Clockwork Orange and the recent movie Goon for "best use of classical music in a movie" with the "19th Century Heavy Metal" Wagner award to both Apocalypse Now and Excalibur

Thanks for the info Pec and Rat. I&#x27;ll check them out.When I thought of this topic, I had to research Predator and Basic Instinct composers (I already own the Basic Insinct soundtrack). I had once known who they were but couldn&#x27;t recall. While researching I learned that Predator is finally available and the Basic Instinct soundtrack has been re-released with 30 minutes of unreleased music. Their both on the way via Amazon:)Here&#x27;s 2 more that I really like (own them both):GladiatorMan on FireBoth include Lisa Gerrard and she&#x27;s amazing.

What about "The Graduate?" Seems like that was a precursor to pop songs being soundtracks. A great soundtrack on its own.

My Predator &amp; Basic Instinct (expanded version) arrived during the week. They are unbelievable on a good sound system. Highly recommend if your into those movies or incredible classical music.So glad I thought of this topic, it made me look up the composers and low and behold new items were available. Nice to stumble on to something I always wanted.
