Well Hell on Wheels the second season starts tonight. I am a bit curious about how they will go along with the story now that our hero are on the run.
Should be nice though, really enjoyed season one.
Grimm , and Boss , also start their second season this week.
Next week a new show starts, that is called Copper. I guess it is a bit like Deadwood meets the city. Takes place in NYC 1860 ties. I will be having a look at it, but no judgement yet. It is a BBC USA production so there is a fairly large chance that it is more like your merlin, than Gangs of New York.

I don't know if it started with the Sopranos or what but we seem to be in a period of good hour. long drama tv shows. I don't remember it being like this back in the day.

i may have seen two seasons. the first show started with that reporter chick's boyfriend dying in bed and the last show i saw was where the female PM calls an election because was taking time off for her daughter who was at the nut house but was getting better.

i like. if i had a complaint, i don't like shows where the issues start and end in the same show. i prefer shows where the issues are drawn out and developed more over time. the sopranos was very good with that. i know some of the stories are expanded over time but many of the political issues are one per show.
but overall, it is very good.
could use some more hot chicks though. but then again, what show couldn't.
