The Spider Man and Batman series have destroyed all of the other comic book movies
Iron Man was excellent as well. And although they are a different style of comic, 30 Days of Night, 300, and Sin City rank as some of the best adaptions in my opinion. First two X-Men were pretty good. I thought the third one was awful.

Agree that Spider-Man 2 was one of the best comic adaptations of all time, and certainly a great sequel
Don't forget the first Spider-Man however. At the time, no one knew how effective a moviemaker could be in reproducing the effect of a webslinger going through the city off of buildings. It was pretty neat effects
I loved Batman Begins and think the Dark Knight may surpass Spider 2, but the original Batman with Nicholson/Keaton was pretty high on my list as well
