But what is crazy to me is how could these guys holdout for more money? Their JOB is to party, get into trouble, and drink. They're not actors. MTV really shouldn't have given into these guys.

Why shouldn’t they demand more money? True they aren’t doing anything, but MTV is making a shit load of money off of them doing nothing. Why shouldn’t they get a piece of that?
Also its pretty obvious that after this show has run its course and America becomes bored with them they all have absolutely no future to look forward to. Better strike while the iron is hot.

They get $10,000 to do personal appearances at clubs, why shouldn't they hold out for more $ from MTV?
Let's face it, their "careers" will not last long.

I'm actually a fan of the show, since I live 30 minutes from the shore
They are smart for holding out since someone previously said they can make a shit load of $ for "appearances" nobody really has a future after this show except Mike.. Dude is raking the $ and is said to have stuff already lined up after the show
