I'm a big fan of the show along with one of it's other counterparts Special Victims Unit. I don't care too much for any of the last 7 yrs or so of the original series that inspired them....
Oh yeah, back to why I started this thread.
Vincent D'Onofrio is great in my opinion and quite underrated as an actor by those who aren't more than a casual viewer..........
But anyone remember him as the psycho marine recruit at boot camp in Stanley Kubrick's 1987's "Full Metal Jacket" ?
Great flick, but Vincent was a fat porker then and seems to have made that full circle back all the way back to charlie brown's noggin land in this new season's Criminal Intent.
By next year maybe he and Captain Kirk-William Shatner can compete against each for fattest head on network tv.
Just making a joke as I do enjoy this show and SVU a lot. Certainly appreciate it when you can usually find one or the other on when tv programming hits a bad hour or two and you need something on the tele.
Any Vincent D'Onofrio fans should check out some lessr known flicks that he's been great in such as ....
