Andy Robinson as "Scorpio Killer" in Clint Eastwood's "Dirty Harry". the guy was SO good in that psyco role (he's consistantly rated one of the top 10 villians of all time) that he got type cast and, somewhat like Orson Wells in "Citizen Kane", just never got a memorable role again.

I just watched "Premonition" last night. I think it's about a couple years old now, and since, Sandra Bullock has pretty much dropped off the face of the earth. That must have been the last straw.

LeVar Burton as young Kunta Kinte in the 1970's TV mini-series "Roots". thought he was going to be the "Black Brando" (and had the attitude to match) but failed to connect in various feature films that ended up being critical and financal failures shortly after the series ended.
after 10 years in the Hollywood wilderness, only steady actng job, which he had to beg for, was the character of Geordi La Forge in the "Star Trek: The Next Generation" TV series and it's spin-off movies.

Louise Fletcher in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest".
good pick, PB. the only regular work I have ever seen her in was the part of Kai Winn (another evil sceaming bitch) in the "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" series.

Kevin Costner- Waterworld...can't think of a movie released that was really that good. He has had watchable movies but nothing good.
Costner - Field of Dreams (one of the best sports films of our time imho) and A Perfect World were both solid. But obv came before his double whammy of Waterworld and Postman. Check out Mr. Brooks when u get a chance. Also heard The Guardian was pretty good but have yet to see it....
Mickey Rourke - We can't forget him in Sin City. There is a ton of oscar buzz goin around for him in The Wrestler that YoungOne has previously stated....
R.I.P. Bennifer - He's the only one that really comes to mind. Went from makin 15-20 million a film to obscurity after back to back bombs...... Gigli Jersey Girl
