Got these a couple weeks ago so that is why my odds are what they are.

Winslett -170 (Currently -250 to -300)
-If she loses she would be the actress with the most nominations ever without a victory (6) Not saying that is why she wins, just an interesting fact. She had such a good year, she could of been nominated for 2 movies, The Reader as well as Revolutionary Road but you can obviously only be nominated for one. Fact is she had such a great all around good year, many voters believe it's her year to take home the trophy. Meryl Streep is the only other with a shot in this category.

Rourke -130 (Currently -180 to -250)
-The Academy loves a comeback story and Rourke falls into that category. He has gotten non stop media attention and it looks like he has the edge over Sean Penn for Milk. This category could be close but I still lean Rourke.

Winslett is my best bet by far, I would be shocked if she doesn't take it home. The -250ish price available now is a lot of juice to lay, but if you really believe its a winner, the bet should be made. GL guys

i agree with winslet but i think penn wins. Milk has to take something home and best actor is the most logical spot here.

Yea cause sportsbook has such low limits they didnt bother moving the line. Its -350 on there now...

Any single bet can lose. I never called it a lock and will never call any bet a lock. I simply said I like my chances. Is there something wrong with that?

All I said was that the betting limit is in line with my confidence. I have basically $100 in play there and wouldn't want more. Not sure why you're getting rankled.

Again payouts from that book are a bigger problem than their odds.

If you use a check option then yes. But if you use usemywallet it wont be. I have used usemywallet for 3-4 withdrawals and I have received all my payouts within a week to 10 days from when I requested it. Also I made most of these Oscar bets on thegreek so I could get a higher limit.
