Magic City

second season of the crime drama set in South Florida/Cuba shortly after the Castro Revolution. didn't see season one BUT looks good from the trailers that have been running on Starz.

I keep hoping Starz would "marathon" Season 1 BUT haven't seen anything. 1st episode this season was kind of a "mob soap opera". hope it picks up

STILL kind of "mob soap opera" after 1st 3 episodes of new season. they are taking week of July 4th off and playing re-runs of 1st 3 IF you want to "catch up". I am still waiting for some REAL action in the plot. resumes with episode 4 Friday July 12th

just started watching this show last week and I'm already caught up. The first season was great. kind of slowing down this season so far. Things are getting a tad ridiculous?
