Leading me to such great films like On the waterfront.
We have covered this many times but I never get tired of talking about it.
To kill a Mockingbird is likely my favorite movie partly because it reminds me of m childhood summer vacations in Florida visiting
my Grandparents.
Deep south setting with tomboys, tire swings, a haunted house down the street [just short of a real Boo Radley], My grand dad smoked a corn pipe on the front porch and tell us stories on the porch swing. They also had a house keeper by the name of Eunice. My dad would let us tag along sometimes late at night and watch him catch a few armadillos, give them to her so she could take them out back, cut there heads off on the chopping block, and take them home to make soup. She made the best fried chicken, Biscuits,, grits and black eyed peas. sorry for getting off track.
Grapes of Wrath Chinatown. Last Picture Show,Cool Hand Luke, and Moby Dick also just to name a few.
