Watched the premiere last night and so far it is looks like it has some potential but I can't help but think this is going to be another Flash Forward show. Also, comparing it to LOST and 24 is ridiculous. Anybody else tune in?

I tuned in because I kept hearing they were trying to fill the void "LOST" left with this show.  I thought it was good and has potential but would say it is closest to FlashForward as you stated.  The end hooked me to tune in next week.

Will say I did think it was a bit confusing with all the jumping around but that is probably just because I was flipping back and forth between it and the game.  Might become a problem for the show, competing with MNF so I will probably just watch it online after or something.

I also was a fan of Flash Forward.  I dislike that it was not renewed so it was almost like the season was pointless as nothing ever was wrapped up.

not to sound repetitive, but I also loved FlashF...but that if anything is making me want to avoid watching this....don't want the rug pulled from under me again....on another note....how was FF cancelled...everyone seems to have loved it?

Yeah, I had to rewatch it online today to catch some things I missed while trying to watch MNF also.  Will give it more chances.

Just watched it. It was decent, the ending kept me on egde and i&#x27;ll watch next week. Still, it was not as good as Flashfoward which still pisses me off how that show got cancelled

I watched it online, at their website, the next evening, since I wanted to watch the premiere of Two And A Half Men Monday night instead, which was on at the same time

It was okay. I'll watch it next week, and probably the week after that, but it will never be as good to me as 24 was. (I wasn't a Lost fan, so I can't make a comparison with that show.)

The jumping around didn't bother me, and I read that there will be less of that, eventually.

I originally liked Flash Forward very much, but then that program just wasn't doing it for me any longer, and I stopped watching it, with no regrets. I have a feeling The Event might turn out that say way.

I watched it last night since the football game was decided fairly early.

I thought it was ok....not great, but i'm more than willing to give it a chance.

I cant say it is better/worse than Lost, 24 or FlashForward but it will be very very hard for it to match the level of those 3 shows.

There was a show on a couple of years ago called Day Break that I thought was pretty good but never caught on...this might have the same future I fear.

Same as Lost and FlashForward...they will just keep teasing you and forcing you to watch another week.  Each week more questions and less answers

I thought it was pretty good.  The preimse is fairly compelling.  I&#x27;ll stick with it for now.

Agree with almost everyone that I&#x27;ll watch it for awhile. However, they need to pick up the pace...I lost interest in Lost by season 3 because it moved at a snail&#x27;s pace. If they keep repeating a scene from a different characters perspective, I won&#x27;t last much longer than a season.

They say that they are going out of their way to NOT be like Lost when it comes to holding back answers.

I mean already in the 2nd ep. we know who is behind the plane disappearing, we know where the plane went ect. ect.

Things Lost would have never of told us in the following episode.

Also the writer of the show claims he has the entire story finished....would take something like 4 seasons to tell the whole thing.

We all know (and trust me as some of you know I was a huge Lost fan) that they just flew by the seat of their pants and made shit up as they went along.

I'm gonna keep watching....I have hope for this show. my real worry is it will end up like FlashFoward or Day Break and thats on the cutting room floor.

The thing that made Lost work as Sci-Fi was the first season was not really Sci-Fi. It sucked so many people in with a great story and amazing storytelling. So they stuck with the show even when it took a little more of a Sci-Fi turn because they were ingaged with the characters.

Yes there was some small aspects of Sci-Fi in season 1 of Lost but not like these other shows.

Remember by the time we got to the time shifting, ect. on Lost more than half the viewers jumped ship on that show as well.

I liked last nights ep. alot.&#xD;&#xA;Had a 24 feel to it for sure.&#xD;&#xA;Seems like it&#x27;s getting better not worse thats a good thing
