I just watched this movie. Denzel Washington, Forrest Whitaker and his son (wonderful performance).
I downloaded this movie because of the good reviews and the fact that Denzel is Washington is in it.
Didnt think it would be much, but boy was it surprised. I actually found it to very interesting and it affected me on some emotionally levels.
I you havent seen it, and you can tolerate a great real story that also shows the conflict between whites and negros (term used in the movie) in the mid 1930'ties then it is for you.
It is about a black debate team at a small college in Texas.
Denzel is great...but the one that takes the prize for me is Denzel Whitaker who playes the rolle of one of the debaters. Awesome performance.
