jason statham & another high octane flick!!!

WOW!!! looks excellent!!!

but then most anything Jason Statham is in usually is

ever seen the 1972 original with Charles Bronson and Jan-Michael Vincent? will be intersting iF their are many similarities OR just a general plot outline.

yes i have crow!!! but its been so long!!! gonna have to see it again  bronson was the man in the 70's besides eastwood!!!

statham is the man to cast for this remake imho!!! ive seen a lot of his movies and they are pretty much action packed!!! have you ever seen "mean machine" got most of the guys from lock stock 2 smokin barrels!!! pretty good soccer movie!!! i believe its a uk remake of "the longest yard"

Didn't the original have a shootout in a watermelon patch?  I'm sure this will be nothing like it, but if they have any heart they'll tip their hat to that scene in some way.

I made a thread a little while ago about i am # 4

no one seemed interested.

i saw the preview for this and that movie when i saw the fighter

both look great

i am # 4 looks really cool

hmm,

I haven't seen a preview of I Am # 4, but I like TImothy Olyphant.

I don't see a watermelon scene in the trailer for the new Mechanic.

i was skeptical of the remake since i was a fan of the original with bronson and jan michael vincent. but this movie wasn't too bad. lots of action. i enjoyed it
