I just saw this today. The first half of the movie is pretty good. Then it kinda drags a bit. The end is was kind of stupid.

I'd say wasted potential. I'd say a little weaker than the last one.

It feels like two different people wrote and/or directed this movie.  The first half was pretty solid, then who knows what happened in the second half.  It seemed like a totally different movie slapped on the back end.  It was still better than the previous Wolverine movie, that thing was a turd the whole way through.
