Speaking of 1968...man the movies that year were awesome...
old school syndrome for sure.....

But I REALLY believe the movie quality AND stars....were far superior to today

Jaws (1975)

Roy Scheider and Robert Shaw great actors who are gone now.

Haven't seen this in a while.  Will have to back and watch it again this summer.  It is hard to believe it has almost been 40 years since this movie.

I had to be like 6 yrs old, but I remember seeing Innerspace.  Still love this movie to this day

"Round the WORLD in 80 Days" think it was 69' my grandma got me so jacked telling me I was in for "some surprise".......not so much..

The one that I remember vividly I was about 13 years old and went with friends to see Friday the 13th in 3D.

It was really good... the whole theatre wearing those blue and red carboard glasses... all of the heads in the theatre moved sharply to the left when Jason fired the cross bow directly at the camera.

Double feature at the drive in with mom and dad .They must have been unable to get a babysitter because these two movies were not kid friendly. I had to cover my eyes allnight ..LOL

"The Sound of Music" in 1965.The old Strand Theater on the boardwalk,right across from Steel Pier.I remember walking the 10+ blocks from my grandfathers hotel/restaurant,"The Lodi" on Missouri Ave.My parents said my brothers and I all fell asleep about 1/4 way into the movie. Ahh, what did you expect from 3,5 and 6 year olders.We just wanted to go see the diving horse for the millionth time.
