Yeah, movie was awful !!! With such a great story, you'd figure the movie would write itself, but it was just the opposite. Piss poor directing, lame acting, poor picture quality. The shooting scenes were lame. Jumping around from place to place. Just a dumb movie.

Had to go through 4-5 times/nights to finally finish this movie. Thats because i paused it or just turned it off out of boredom and disinterest. Good thing i didn't pay $10 to see it at the theatre.

And it was shot on my block where my previous business/restaurant was so i even got to see some of the filming that took place on Lincoln Avenue in Chicago.

The only price of admission was getting to see Marion Cotillard. What a sexy French dame she is.

God damn..For anyone reading through all of this, who hasn&#x27;t seen the movie, go see it.  I&#x27;m actually very surprised at this thread.There&#x27;s a number of excellent, memorable scenes, Depp and Bale are on point, and you gotta love that Ten Million Slaves track.  I thought it was a great movie.

I almost threw it in the fireplace twice now, but I was contemplating that it should die a much more painful death and I haven&#x27;t come up with anything better yet.&#xD;&#xA;I never imagined it could be this bad. Not in my wildest imagination I thought Depp/Bale would take a piece of shit like this.
