I was talking about Mick Jagger's line about the pants falling down when I said classic. Love those others you posted especially Syknyrd what a great live record.
Back to Allman Brothers. I am listening now. Everyone here must take 3:27 and listen to the song "Don't Keep Me Wondering" It is absolutely awesome! Here is something written from Rhapsody.
If you've never heard the version of "Don't Keep Me Wonderin'" on this live album, then you need to set the volume to 100 and wait for Duane Allman to come blazing in with such ferocity, you'll want to tear your teeth out because he's not around anymore. Then there's an hour of the best blues-rock band ever, nailing everything in sight.

Went to Jamaica when I was in 8th grade. I guess that would have been 1994. Brought back a Bob show put out on the Tuff Gong label from 1975. Still have the cd today, and is one of two that I keep in my car. Blasted it the other day, actually. Just called "Live!" Is the reason why I like raggae music today.

UFO "Strangers in the Night"..........still one of the best live rock albums ever produced. Michael Schenker claims he wasn't at his best that night but it's hard to tell.
Judas Priest "Unleashed in the East"..........The Priest in their prime........listening to Halford shrieking at the end of "Green Manalishi" always gives me goose bumps as I can picture it, having seen them in Seattle during the same tour in "79. I was only standing about 30 feet away on the floor......back in the good ol days of festival "seating".

Great choice. Makes it even more special with the purchase in Jamaica.
I was in Jamaica about 10 years earlier think it was 1983 for the Reggae Sunsplash Music Festival. Got to see a very young Ziggy Marley preform his fathers songs as the sun started to rise after an all night concert show.
