I don't think so.................I saw him in Seattle, Vancouver,BC, & Denver. I have vids on youtube that I shot a each show & he wasn't wearing that shirt in any of them.

There are too many great albums IMO to say that one is better than any other.  Here are some additional ones that are amazing:

Boston: Boston

Van Halen: Van Halen, 1984

Def Leppard: Pyromania

Ozzy Osbourne: Diary of a Madman

Pearl Jam: Ten

Scorpions: Love at First Sting

Alice in Chains: Dirt

Guns n Roses: Appetite for Destruction

Ratt: Out of the Cellar (DeMartini's guitar work is superb)
