Anyways I'm not sure what the odds will look like but I'll be on the 24, 88 and 99 for sure. I sure hope we have a good race, Hurricane Bill could cause us some problems but we'll see. One good thing about Bristol is it dries in about an hour. Haven't seen the entry list but the Nationwide race is usually pretty good as well with several bushwackers in the field.

 

For whatever reason the i-phone won't post on covers but you can open and read all the threads so I'll be reading all the inside scoop from you fellas but won't be able to chime in unless I find a computer.

 

Oh yeah............If you see a dumbass running around and jumping up and down for joy in the Allison Terrace when Earnhardt wins, it'll more than likely be ol TREE88!

Just got in fellas and I have to say that was a hell of a good race.

My boy had a good run again and looks like they may be turning it around just a bit. One thing I have noticed is when Lance makes a change....by golly its a change that Jr notices immediately. He seems to understand Jr...through all the ramblins. There is no doubt he is gonna be a good crew chief imo.

 I have been going to that night race for 11 straight years and man it never ever disappoints. Truly a spectacle that every race fan must go to in their lifetime. The pre race show is absolutely electric and nearly undescribeable.(I think thats a word Lol...) Also the double file restarts are absolutely awesome at Bristol. It has truely brought back that short track Saturday night style of racing.

Had a great time although I'm out of the pool already thanks to Harvick. Boyer runs top 10 all night and with 40 to go gets wrecked. He was major major fired up about it on radio. His spotter kept telling him "stay focused, stay focused" and Boyer came back with "I'll stay focused all right on kicking his fu#$ing ass!" "Thats what I get for having a asshole for a teamate I guess"

One thing I forgot to mention was the Mark Martin tribute during the pre race ceremonies.

It was really emotional for Mark and was really special to him you could tell when he addressed the crowd. He is a class act and sets the example all young cup drivers should take note of.
