was listening to sirius today for a while, Baker was talking about how this years 500 is going to be wild with the new surface. said how handling shouldn't be an issue for any of the teams. When they were doing runs at the test, the tires were like brand new when they were coming back in. This could be another year where we someone we least expect win it.

alright, trying to get an idea of what everyone is thinking for the type of game.

 

We can have a simple Yahoo type league

We can do a league at Fantasyracingcentral

Pick 'Em – Teams make their picks and the points are added up each week. The team with the most points wins at the end of the game.

Head-To-Head – Teams make their picks and then are scheduled to play each other each week of the game. The team with the best record at the end of the game wins.

Scoring System

Description

Rotisserie

Fantasy team scores are based on where they rank amongst all other fantasy teams in each selected scoring category.

Points-based

Fantasy team scores are based on an accumulation of pre-determined points for each selected scoring category.

Head to Head (Points-Based)

Fantasy teams compete against each other 1-on-1 and receive a Win, Loss or Tie each Scoring Period, depending on who has the most fantasy points.

Head to Head (Rotisserie/Category Based) Single Win **

Fantasy teams complete against each other 1-on-1 and receive a Win, Loss or Tie each Scoring Period, depending on which team leads in more scoring categories.

Head to Head (Rotisserie/Category Based) Multiple Win**

Fantasy teams complete against each other 1-on-1 and receive a Win, Loss or Tie for each scoring category in each Scoring Period.

    alright, I think 25 per man would be reasonable....i will set it up thorugh leaguesafe, that way there will never be any question as to anyone running away with the money. Plus whoever doesn't pay doesn't get in....I don't want to be chasing people....You can pm me or post in here with any questions or ideas....I need to get a list of who wants in so I can email them an invite also.

    not sure yet, haven't pm'd everyone yet, I know pretty much everyone that is in here all season long will most likely be in it. I have a few friends that have commited already too. I would expect that we should be able to get at least 50 people if not more. Once I have a better grasp of it, we can vote on what we want to make the prize structure.

    I would think that this is slimmed down some, but still, we used to get like 20-22 drivers for the shootout, they have like 30+ this year that are eligable.

    They added the rookies from years past and that put 10 more players in .

    Hope nascar don`t forget Larry Pearson and Charlie Glotzbach at Bristol last year. I mean some of these cats are getting some age on them.
