Ferrari...you gotta be lovin the speed Vettel has. He needs some rain and some luck to compete for the win, but he looks good.

Here's a couple of fun picks...

1/4 of a unit each.

First to retire

Stevens +900
Merhi +1000

The Marrusia drivers couldn't even qualify and F1 granted them permission to race. If everyone makes it safely through the start these guys will probably be among the first cars to retire. It's a fun bet...if you tail don't put a lot on it.

Adding Grosjean top 10 -120

Kind of hedging my Maldonado top 10 bet. I think one or both of these guys can be top 10. I'll be ok with just getting one of them in the top 10.

Yeah, these lines are getting brutal. Gonna be hard to get decent value, especially after qualifying.

First F1 parlay of the year. Got to do something to deal with these crazy lines.

Ricciardo over Kyvat, Perez over Alonso

One underdog for me..

Nasr +150 over Sainz

The Saubers looked fantastic over the long run last race...gonna take a stab on their cars being the real deal.

The weather is the ultimate X factor this race. If rain comes...this race could get weird. Hoping it stays away and doesn't affect the betting.

Probably a sucker bet but I took field at +500 2 win includes every driver except Hamilton/Rosberg   I just feel If rain hits there any1 could win

Nice hit Stats!

You did better than I did...

Both Grosjean and Maldonado got wrecked, and then Ricciardo pulls out of the way to let Vettel go by, and Kvyat follows Vettel to kill my parlay.

Pretty bad race last time out...

The odds are getting terrible...most of this stuff you can't bet on.

Interesting qualifying matchups...haven't seen 5dimes put many out there.

Have to take Vettel -170 over Kimi

Gonna make a little parlay on a couple qualifying matchups.

Hamilton over Rosberg

Great week of F1 betting after having a disappointing last race.

Mercedes cars looked fantastic...Red Bull cars and the Renaults are headed towards a massive fallout. Look for some massive changes coming...

Congrats to my Ferrari friend on another podium!

nice bounce back weekend Alan!!!!!! Ferrari couldn't keep pace with them Mercedes boys this weekend. 3rd and 4th not too shabby though.

Have to tread lightly with these bets now guys...the lines are getting worse and worse.  Gonna use the parlay a little more as the season goes on as I think it helps us with the odds.  Last week we hit a Nascar/F1 parlay...for fun I added a Masters prop to it as well to hit ,maybe the first ever, Nascar/F1/Masters parlay.  But onto this week...

Not too many early bets...

Still think Hamilton -205 to win is decent.  He's got the best Mercedes car on race day...he's a better driver than Rosberg...it's gonna take something drastic for him to not win.

Also taking Ricciardo -190 top 10.  

Hoping for a some good matchups after qualifying.

Not a fan of Ricciardo top 6.  Mercedes, Ferrari, and Williams all light years ahead.  Gonna need a wreck or a pit stop scenario to get Ricciardo into top 6…I would need +300 or better to take it.  

Feeling great with my 2 early picks…

Putting a little bit on Nasr at +150 top 10
Parlay of Vettel over Kimi, and Alonso over Button

More plays to come later on.

After a long break, we head to the Spanish Grand Prix…

I've been having some success with the F1 Nascar parlays, so I'm going to look at them more in depth this weekend.

Originally they started out as fun, but they have been profitable, and its a good way to not pay as much juice for one bet.

Only have one play right now as the prices are making me stay away.

Hamilton -165 to win.

There's virtually no passing on this course. Only way to pass is on the start, or on pit strategies/pit mess ups.

Rosberg raced beautifully last year here and last week...

Hamilton and Rosberg are the best bets to win...I'm going to play some guys for top 6 and top 10. The teams and drivers are starting to show some trends I want to capitalize on. Grosjean top 10 is a bet I'll be on the rest of the year for example.

Kimi is never going to win...might be decent value on Vettel though. If he can somehow get in front it's hard to pass.

Field and Kimi bets are donations to the books...I'll look at some top 10 bets to make some real money.

No opinion right now on Hamilton-Rosberg. Gotta wait til qualifying.
