hes going to have heart surgery tomorrow at 7 AM...

he had a heart attack in front of me in my apparment up here at penn state on valentines day last year...

The stent he has in his heart isn't working... So please keep him in your prayers

I know I do not personally know anyof you but I feel like the more prayers I get the better chance he has to make it through..

i already got tickets for dover me him and my friends are all going.. im supposed to take him to his first race.. but thats the last thing on my mind

I will say a prayer for you, I lost my dad almost 3 yrs. ago to a heart attack......to lose your dad, words cannot describe....I am sure he will be fine , being in the care of the great doctors we have here in the states.

thanks all who posted..

i went to the hospital last night.. he had surgery from 7 Am- 330 PM about.. triple bypass surgery

he could barely talk or do anything

i just got back from going before.. he is a lot better can move a little and talk but it hurts to talk..

thank you very much for keeping him in your prayers

they said he leaves ICU tomorrow.. goes into a regular room for 3-5 days to monitor than back hom and recover for another 2 months or so...

that`s the best news I`ve heard all day.. Thanks for the update.Been thinking of him.

My mother had breast cancer last year so I can feel what your going threw.Now she`s 100% free of cancer and doing great.



Glad he`s on the road to recovery.

thanks guys when i have more time ill thank you individually!!

Hes been moved out of ICU and now into a regular room. He will be home monday or tuesday but with rehab for a long time.

He was telling me this morning its the first time in almost 20 years he can breathe with no problems and feels no pain in his body.. Hopefully hes able to exercise soon.

Thank you again for all your support and prayers.. This was the scariest week of my life

Great News PSM! I assume he had By-Pass Surgery, did they have to crack each rib? I don;t think they do that much these days.  I'm with you bro, saw my dad have a heart attack in 1980, not a fond memory.

I'll do a best to pick winners this week...

before I left tonight my dad asked me if this was the week Biffle would win...

Hes starting to come around to nascar but tells me every week biffle rides top 5 all day and fades off..

I said I hope its the Biff's Week

First time i've been on this week...PSM, glad to hear he came through it well. God Bless him and your family.

Just enjoy every minute you have with him, whether its for 1 more year or 50 more. I lost mine in '98 and I miss him everyday.

I've been doing that since last year especially since I'm closer to my dad than n e one in this world..

i gotta go to the dentist and doctor before i spend the day/night at the hospital with him again
