I love the "coach just got fired" angle.  But, I was considering a play on the Nuggets tonight even before that news broke.  This whole "1,2,3...6 weeks" huddle chant has gotten blown out of proportion.  Media says they can't wait for the 6 weeks of the season to be over and will continue tanking.  Nuggets say it was due to they haven't won a home game in the last 6 weeks.  It doesn't really matter which is right, but I do know that tonight they will be giving max effort in order to help the first part, and disprove the second part of that argument.  They very well may tank the rest of the year, but tonight with Shaw gone, ill be betting on them against a Bucks team that has been terrible on the road lately.

Also I know that this isn't the correct location to post a college bball pick, but i want to keep my picks in the same thread and I wont be posting much college bball anyway.  But i really like the Kansas Jayhawks tonight vs West Virginia.  WVU most likely won't have their floor leader in Staten playing, and also their other guard Gary Browne will probably be out.  Both players were out last game vs Baylor (browne played 3 minutes before getting hurt) and it really showed how much it affected their team.. Combine that with WVU upsetting Kansas and storming the court a couple weeks ago, Kansas wont let off the gas pedal tonight as they can clinch the BIG 12 title.
