IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO DO THAT, GIVE ME ANOTHER TEAM WHO CAME UP WITH A MORE IMPROBABLE WIN, OR CHOKE JOB FOR THAT MATTER, I HAD THE MAVS MONEYLINE AND I AM STUNNED

it was a major collapse, but dallas had a big part in it...mavs are just the better team and they got tough with those okies!

Since it happened in the FINALS, I would say the biggest recent choke in NBA history was the Mavs vs the Heat.  Dallas had a 2-0 series lead, and with a win in game 3 at Miami, the series would have virtually been over.  But the Heat rallied from a 13-point deficit with just 6 minutes left to play, with Wade basically single-handedly leading the comeback.

Difference was in those 4+ mins.was OKC threw up shots hoping they went in,Dallas threw up shots expecting them to go in,hell of a comeback.
Dirk MVP of playoffs ahead of LBJ imo,rivals anyone else for a playoff run,he is playing great.

Portland was up huge on the Lakers in a game 7 during the Shaq and Kobe run. I remeber there collapse being worse.

I know it wasn't a playoff game but, if you recall, San Antonio had a 10 point lead on the road against Houston with less than a minute to go, until Tracy McGrady decided to go off...

i'd have to agree here. the guys who were with the mavs back then are STILL talking about it. they think they will be tainted up until they win a championship....

that reggie miller 3 steal 3 and starks missing 2 free throws was pretty bad , i know the lead wasn't as big but there was like practically no time left .

I always tell people that wade's performance in that series was the greatest individual effort by any one athlete in the history of not only the NBA finals, but of any sport at anytime....was just amazing to watch.......

It was an epic collapes and it will ultimately end the series.  OKC has absolutely no chance of coming back in this one.

   Miami came back in game three against Dallas because Wade was getting phantom fouls called..Watch the tape, there were at least 4 plays in which Wade was not touched and Dallas got called for a foul..that helped the outcome no doubt..

I still can not believe it!  I was on Thunder pretty big last night.  What is even sicker was how Durant did not hit his over 29.5 points  when he had 29 with like 5 minutes left to go in the game

Any coach that allow this to happens should not be coaching any more. He should have stick to the GM-2 formula and give more minutes to many capable players such as Harden, Maynor, Cook, Collison .... He is just a fool.

   exactly, it was a huge conspiracy game.. Donaghy was right, the refs set taht game up... Simmons has a boook that talks about that game too.

Harden fouling out with 4:30 to play hurt there flow...Westbrook a 85% free throw shooter missing 2 free throws...I'dbe shocked if they can get off the deck....they must be emotionally devastasted right now...
