it wasn't all that long ago... wasn't an elimination game, but it was DEFINITELY a must-win, by every definition... got their asses handed to them...

this one was an elimination game... again... lost...

again, not elimination, but definitely a must-win... down 2-1 and needing to tie it up before heading back to San Antonio... that's a must-win game, and they blew it...

 

that's 3 times in big games in just the last 3 years... bet i can find lots more going back to the Jordan days... where you getting your facts from?

ok, these 3 games were against the Lakers and Spurs (2 championship caliber teams). I don't think the suns are championship caliber.

Jazz always choke when they face a top 5 team in the playoffs.  When they face middle of the pack teams or bottom feeders, they usually roll at home, and I consider the Suns a middle of the pack team.

And like someone mentioned, the Suns have Denver's number this year, so they would want to face Denver in the playoffs.
