Are U/O results Truly Random

Hi interested to hear peoples thoughts on whether U/O results for NBA are truly random, like compared to roulette for example.

nothing that involve larges sums of money is random. Roulette is actually not a completely random game and is influenced by many small factors that the avg joe would not recognize. For example,  the tilt of the wheel (even by fractions of an inch) , which will cause specific diamonds to be hit at a greater rate than others. If you track any roulette wheel you will find there is a greater dominance of 2-3 diamonds compared to the rest of them . Also, ball friction, any scratches on the ball or the track surface will affect the outcome , the speed at which the dealer is spinning (count the number of revolutions and you will see that almost every dealer has a fairly consistant spin and will never spin +- 5 spins off his average, of course unless they are purposely switching it up).  Even something as small as perspiration on the dealer's finger will affect the spin.  I have tracked many wheels for thousands of spins each and found these to be true on most (not all) wheels. Some factors will be glaringly obvious (such as diamond dominance , which you can usually see after even 20 or so spins)  while others will be barely noticeable.

So to answer your question, no most likely not is o/u a completely random outcome .
