should have never been fired in dallas. I am white and I will admit that there is still prejudice which is not fair.
1. Byron Scott fired from my nets after two straight nba finals apperances
2. Avery Johnson fired from dallas
3. Big Mike sent home from IDOL who is 10 times better than casey james

NONE of those guys have "Star" written all over them.

of all of the prospects that they listed on ESPN, Avery Johnson seemed like the only one that is both (a) a realistic possibility, and (b) someone worth going after...
but man... if they get Avery Johnson but lose Lebron, this is just one more thing that proves the Cavs failures ALL fall on the shoulders of management...
WHY get Avery now, when it is 4 years too late? this move should have been made long ago, and it totally defeats the purpose to go out and fix the problem after Lebron already has one and a half feet out the door...

i didn't get the impression he is staying... i get the impression he is under evaluation...
this is what i see going on right now... the Cavs are saying to Lebron, "What would we have to do to keep you"... Lebron is keep all of his options open, so he is saying "Well, you have to do this and that regarding the coach" (This and that means Mike Brown is gone... there is no way Lebron is telling them "I will stay if you KEEP Mike Brown"... that is a conversation that is NOT happening, i assure you)...
but Lebron knows he is leaving... he is giving them a chance to do what it takes, but he is just saying the right things... he's gone...
so here's the kicker... Cavs sort of know he's gone... they're staying optimistic, but they have to prepare for the future with that in mind... in other words, imagine this conversation:
Cavs: "What will it take?"
Lebron: "Well, there is no way i would come back if Mike Brown is still here"
Cavs: "Ok, he's gone!"
Lebron: "That's nice of you i'm going to the Bulls anyway"
Cavs: "Well what the fuck are we supposed to do"
Lebron: "See ya!"
Cavs have to be smart... they can't commit to firing Brown until they know Lebron is committed to staying, because with Lebron they can lure a great coach their way... but without him, Mike Brown might be as good as you are going to get...
so the game begins...
moral of the story... say goodbye to Lebron, Cleveland... hasn't anyone ever heard of the saying, "The grass is always greener"? well, no offense to Cleveland or its residence, but in a very literal sense, when you are in Cleveland, looking at other places to live... the grass really is ALWAYS greener...
the people of Cleveland really need to start coming to grips with this reality now... Lebron is gone!

Agree. And so the mind games begin on "As Lebron's world turns...."
