Actually my bet of the year was Dubs to cover in game 5...oops. I thought that was the last game of the year and was ready to cash out and put 20% of my bankroll on that game..double oops.
Anyways onto the bet of the year.
Line-up of death coming out of the gate. I actually feel like Bogut being out is a blessing in disguise. With that said, the small ball line-up of death doesn't work without Draymond Green, who is angry and rested. Kyrie is still going to put up 30+ because he's just the kind of player who always seems to rise the occasion. The other part of the equation is Lebron. Other than game 5 when DG23 was out, he's been frustrated into taking bad jump shots where he normally doesn't shoot a high percentage.
I'm a big believer in season averages. Meaning game 5 was an anomaly for the Cavaliers and they will shoot closer to their season average in game 6. Throw in the fact that the Dubs have only lost back to back once all year and I feel like Curry is going to be re-remembering the smell of Champagne in the Cavs locker room.
If you agree with me that the Cavs are going to win, Bovada currently offers an alternative line at -1.5 that pays +125. I think that's a better bet than betting dubs ML at +105 or +110.
Also, they offer a line at -3.5 that I sprinkled a little bit of moola on that's paying +165.
Dubs end it in 6, see you all next year!

Something that no one is really talking about is that Curry is not 100%. I was listening to NBA Lockdown Podcast and one of the reporters in there that hangs out at the locker rooms said that Curry is not 100% from his injury he has during the WCF series and that he is not talking about it because he doesn't want to make excuses.... but that everyone knows is his not 100%. The media can totally chose to make a big deal out of this and talk about it often but they are choosing not to...

I agree Festus and Marrese have 12 fouls to give if necessary in the paint. Thinking Ezeli gets the start at the 5 spot.
did you guys even watch last year's finals? iggy is going to start for bogut. warriors are going to start the death line up of steph, klay, iggy, barnes, draymond.
