Blake Griffin is the best Los Angeles-based rookie basketball player since Magic Johnson. The guy is unfuckingreal.

It's a shame the Clippers started out 1-13, because that means they're probably not going to make the playoffs, which means he has no chance of winning the MVP.

Chances are it prob won't happen but i don't think it's impossible at all.  If he keeps playing at this level, i think he has an outside shot.  Only thing is clippers need to start winning for it to happen. They rarely hand out MVPs to players on losing teams if ever at all.  With those odds tho, I would take that bet with a quickness no doubt.

I think he is definitely in the conversation. If the Clippers just go on fire and everyone stays healthy and they make the playoffs, that's just a ridiculous, ridiculous amount of value in that line.

Realistically they are 6 games behind the 8th spot... Which happens to be the last spot in the playoffs... There is more than half a season to go... If they won 25 straight, they would be better than just in the playoffs...
