Use bitcoin. Did MG give you a reason for it? I've been with with BM for years and have had every kind of payout. It's been a while since i've done a a MG/WU but I don't recall any issues. Call Bookmaker. They've always been good to me.
Bookmaker says they are waiting on a reply from the third party merchant, but it’s been 2 days. I normally use bitcoin however bookmaker mg payouts normally take a couple hours so I took 350 out of my account so I could just go get the cash. It always worked fine with me until this time
