Sup covers nation? Hope everyone is doing well.
Tonight we are on the 6-21 Pelicans.
Brooklyn Nets @ New Orleans Pelicans
New Orleans is a much better team with Derrick
Favors in the lineup. They are 4-14 ATS without him this season, and 5-4 ATS
with him, including 1-1 ATS since he returned this weekend. Not only is Favors
a big defensive and rebounding presence for the team, but him in the game means
less minutes for Jahlil Okafor, a center who’s net rating is -12.4 on the
season with a rebounding % of 8 points less than Favors. After New Orleans hung
tough and covered vs the 76ers in Favors first game back after missing the previous
10 games, they lost by double digits to the Orlando Magic two days later.
However, I can't downgrade them for that game. The Magic were welcoming back
their star player Vucevic and were healthy for the first time in 3 weeks, and
were desperate for a win after losing 3 straight. That wasn't an ideal spot for
New Orleans to end their losing streak, but tonight seems like a far more
favorable spot.
They are coming into this game losing 12 straight, but they've
been competitive in a handful of the games. They lost to the Lakers by 4, lost
to the Thunder by 3, lost to the Pistons by 2, to the 76ers by 7. This team
wants to end this 12 game losing streak, and they know that after this match-up
at home against the Nets, they will have to go on the road for 4 straight road
games. This team doesn't want to go on a big road trip with this losing streak
on hand, and I believe they will go all out and do everything they can to get a
win tonight. Alvin Gentry took it upon himself to get ejected in the last game
against the Magic, and is doing everything he can to get his team fired up.
This is a max motivation game for New Orleans who’ve faced the #1 toughest
schedule in the league so far, while they will be playing a Nets team who has
faced the 5th easiest schedule and will be playing their 3rd game in
4 nights. Advantage, Pelicans.
New Orleans +120

You probably have not seen my failed threads backing this team when they played the pistons and then the magic, costing me two units? Are you saying I can get it all back tonight? Just when I thought I was done with this putrid team...oh why this game, LC? What's a degenerate to do?

LOL! i was wondering what you would do in this situation was looking at the game last night with a strong lean to bk, read the article you posted in the thread really looks like gentry lost the team and i think jj redick is out also, cant see bk taking them lightly they play extra hard without kyrie and atkins is a great head coach. this losing streak should of ended before but they keep making dumb mistakes at the end of games

It's crazy to me how many people will pay for picks or blindly tail someone then bash that person when don't win a game.. like simply do your own research and then figure who u like and then look at other post to see what other people.think and.go.fr.there that way if team loses you an't be upset at anyone except yourself
I always enjoyed your detailed.write ups and seeing what u think about games and glad to.see u back posting lc!! I personally can't back the pelicans of how dreadful look past 12 games w one of worst D's in league as.of.late. teams avging 120 pts per game and taking nets but just funny if nets won how much people will.come.complain... either way good luck on game and again always look forward to.your detailed.write ups

I like this play ... Was going to post it myself, but decided against it ... I "have" played it though ... Getting a real, real good feeling the closer it comes to game time ...
Hope everything is well with you L.C. Mate ... It has been quite the "hard" NFL season this year ... Not too many are doing "great" myself included ... Lucky i have killed them in the NCAAF ... Up 59.48 Units ... Woooo Hooooo ... Lets hope we both smash the S**T out of them in the playoffs ...
